We have a solution in place that enables us to comply with legislative requirements as to witnessing certain documents whilst also complying with the current social distancing rules. This is a temporary solution while we wait for the emergency legislation passed by the NSW Parliament (COVID-19 Legislation Amendment (Emergency Measures) Bill 2020) to be given assent which as we understand it will allow certain documents, such as Wills, to be witnessed remotely or electronically. We will continue to keep you updated. Although it seems far away right now, together we will get to the other side of this crisis.
