The health and safety of our staff and clients is our number one priority, therefore we are implementing some changes on how we operate and communicate. We have put in place technology so that, rather than have face to face meetings, they can be conducted by using video conferencing via Zoom. We understand that, in some cases, Zoom may not be an option for our clients, so as an alternative we can hold meetings via telephone. If absolutely required, we can still conduct face to face meetings on the basis that: 1. no-one that is considered high risk can participate in any meetings; and 2. all social distancing measures, as recommended by health authorities, will be implemented. These strategies are only a temporary response to the Covid-19 issue, and we will continue to keep you updated on any changes. We all have a responsibility to follow medical advice and take the steps recommended by the health authorities to prevent the spread of this virus.
